I was told about the quality of teaching this company was giving out there, but when I joined, I couldn't believe it. The way teaching is done here is wonderful, they always make sure that you understand the material, even if it will take the whole day for them to do so. Also, they will make sure that they interview you, I am talking about real interview here with a panel of three to six interviewers, to make sure you can explain what you are learning, and those interviews are mandatory and not negotiable. I have not seen such in my life so far, I will recommend anyone to join this training, if the really want to learn and easily land a job.

Is there something to improve? i have been asking myself that question and after days i still can't find anything. the only thing that seems annoying is when you jump into things we have not yet seen; we do not understand anything and yet you are saying we should not focus on that. Presenting things we have not yet seen brings confusion for me. So if you are not ready to talk to expand on it, no need to confuse us with that. This also applies with the Seniors. You told us the catch up sessions were made to revise whatever was done during the class or in breakfast i was so frustrated on the last catchup were seniors where just jumping into things we have no idea about.

I’ve gone through Nana videos, I’ve been through 2 other DevOps trainings offer by Cameroonians like you and I can say without hesitation that you have the best approach/package/teaching technique. I like the approach used to teach the course. - I like the questions/review at the beginning of each session. - You may be repeating certain things over and over but am okay with it as it shows emphasis to the things that are very important. Tres bonne organisation, mais les TD rencontres beaucoup de problemes car certaines personnes fond les Tds partous ainsi ils ils empêchent ceux qui n'ont pas assez de connaissances de mieux apprendre. Je propose que chaque élève soit membre d'un seul groupe d'étude ,ça sera facile pour vous d'avoir une idée sur l'evolution même celui de l'élève le plus faible. Le point de faiblesse c'est le désordre au niveau du groupe d'étude car ceux qui ont deja fait cette formation ou ceux qui se balladent dans tous les groupes étoufent les plus faibles. Pensez aussi a vos élèves Europeen car les heures ne coincident pas toujours. Merci Eric and Mr Tia

The content of the lessons are the best: well broken down concepts , and the instructors are patient with the students. However , the entire arrangement is too American-biased(understandably):but other students in Africa and other continents have to be factored regarding TIME schedules(especially the catch up sessions). Catch up sessions are amazing, but very chaotic(sometimes) and too frequent. I think twice a week (max. 2hours each)of catch up session will help students to have time to also do much more self study and struggle/practice to solve or review what has been taught.Eg. s7 meet on Saturdays and Sundays which is perfect, and any two other days could be selected for catch up: making it a total of four meetings a week, giving ~10hours of teaching per week. This will enable students and instructors still to have enough time to reach out to each other privately, whenever needful. Again, Impromptu catch up doesn't help people to plan and it feels very frustrating when that happens. So challenges I see are rather the planning around the whole program, but for the content, resources and style of teaching, I will give nothing less than 10000% : really life-changing. Some of us are not the same since September. Thanks you.
